Musher Camp and S'mores
Visit a camp where real mushers teach you about sled dogs and you get to play with the puppies before working with out s'mores expert to maek you own delicious s'mores.
Your journey begins with an entertaining historic tour from your knowledgeable guide through historic downtown Skagway and along nine miles of stunning coastline to our Adventure Camp in Dyea.
Kick off your visit with our “Musher Talk.” We have been sharing our passion for dog sledding for years, and in that time we have gathered up the most frequently asked questions about the sport. In the Musher Talk, we will share the fascinating answers and welcome any additional questions you may have.
You'll have plenty of time with the puppies. Playing with the puppies is not only fun for you, but it is fun for the puppies and important to their development. You will help socialize them whcich is essential to these future athletes and their racing success.
Gather around the campfire and learn to create a delicious, gourmet s'more with toasted graham cracker, chocolate and gooey marshmallows.
Before departing take a self-guided nature hike to beautiful waterfalls and the dense Alaskan rain forest. Alternatively, you can choose to browse the gift shop and relax in our saloon with a deck overlooking the picturesque streamt!

Trip Activities: Scenic tour,dog mushing on a trail, playing with the puppies,making s'mores and exploring the area. this activity doesn't include a dogcart ride.
Duration: About 2.75 hours including transportation from cruise ship harbor
